Welcome to RT:CMD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RT:CMD platform and services (the "Service") operated by Soft Shirt LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

RT:CMD provides portfolio analytics tools including:

• Brokerage account aggregation and synchronization
• Portfolio tracking and visualization
• Market data and analysis
• Expert opinion aggregation
• Algorithmic trade signal generation

The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional financial advice.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Brokerage Connections

4.1 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party brokerage data providers (including SnapTrade) to access your financial account information. By connecting your brokerage accounts:

• You authorize us to access your account data through these providers
• You acknowledge that we do not store your brokerage login credentials
• You agree to the terms of service of the third-party providers

4.2 Read-Only Access

The Service requests read-only access to your brokerage accounts. We cannot and will not execute trades, transfer funds, or make any changes to your accounts.

4.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that brokerage data is always complete, accurate, or current. You should verify all information with your brokerage directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service to provide services to third parties

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Soft Shirt LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Investment Disclaimer

Specifically:

• We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner
• Trade recommendations are algorithmic signals, not personalized advice
• Expert consensus data reflects third-party opinions, not our recommendations
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soft Shirt LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your investment decisions

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@softshirtllc.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soft Shirt LLC regarding the Service.
